Shipping Policy

Falcon Gear delivers orders across the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time within the UAE is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Falcon Gear will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

In case of delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays, customers will be informed accordingly.

If an order is received damaged or incorrect, customers must notify Falcon Gear within 3 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (photos or videos).

Falcon Gear reserves the right to update this shipping policy in accordance with UAE laws and operational requirements.
