Returns and Refund Policy

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered to the customer.

Customers must notify Falcon Gear within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting our support team with order details and clear evidence (photos or videos) of the issue.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

Once the return is approved and the item is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Falcon Gear reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.
